Change MOJO Access

The user making the request

Select the Mojo user ID you want to change. You can search by network ID or name.

Change = replace current role with the selected role. Add = keep current access and add this role (e.g. moving from Customer Service to Credit: use Change to replace; use Add to keep Customer Service and add Credit).

Select the new role for the user

Provide the reason for changing access.
